NEWS: VEHICLE LAY-OFF [ 11/06/2010 ]

Unless exempted by Law or any Regulation, every vehicle owner is expected to pay for examination for roadworthiness certificate. There is however an opportunity to lay-off when vehicle is not in use.
If your vehicle will not be used on the road for an extended period longer than six (6) months in the case of a commercial vehicle and twelve (12) months in the case of a private vehicle then you may save costs by obtaining a Lay-Off Certificate (L.O.C.) at the prescribed fee. Failure to obtain Lay-Off Certificate will lead to payment of delinquency fee.
