VEHICLE LAYOFF
POLICY:
- Vehicle Lay-off must be started and completed at the same office.
- All arrears must be paid before any request for lay-off is accepted
REQUIREMENTS
- Written application for lay-off
- VRC
PROCEDURE
- Applicant must make payment for lay-off form
- Picking of vehicle file
- Verify vehicle details
- Place copies of lay-off form on the vehicle file
- VRC is cancelled

CANCELLATION OF LAYOFF CERTIFICATE
POLICY
- Vehicle Lay-off cancellation must be done at the same office where lay-off was effected.
- Applicant is also required to present vehicle to DVLA with trade plate

- Vehicle is inspected
- Owner is presented with VRC and Road worthiness certificate
