- Present Vehicle Documents

- Pick file and verify information
- Inspect Vehicle
- Approval of request
- Make payment
- Endorsement by certifying Officer(s

REQUIREMENT

- Present vehicle for inspection
- Present vehicle documents
PROCEDURE
- Present letter from Customs (CEPS)
- Payment of prescribed fee after vehicle passes test
- Present converted vehicle for inspection & testing
- Issue letter to Customs (CEPS)
- CEPS release vehicle for registration
